“Yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or lose.” LBJ
My husband and I just watched the movie Breakthrough, which was inspired by the novel The Impossible by Joyce Smith, which was inspired by the true story of her son who died and came back to life. This is a faith-based movie. I cannot express just how overwhelmed I felt while watching this movie. I’m a mom, so my heart broke for Joyce and her husband. I was so moved that I couldn’t wait to write about it in my first blog post. This movie restored my faith in people. The world seems like such a dark place right now, full of hollow, hateful slugs (and it is), but this movie helped me to remember that there are so many out there who pray, who believe, and who actually care about others. I am thankful that y’all are out there. Your prayers change things. The prayers of the righteous are mighty! I won’t go into the details of the movie, but you need to see it! (The above quote came from this movie.)

Thank you for your kind words. Your comments are an answer to our prayers. We prayed that this miracle story would restore peoples faith and many would turn to Christ through it as we travel around the US we see it over and over. Thank you for watching Breakthrough. The book and movie are only the tip of the story there is so much more that God did for us. Blessings Joyce Smith
